After 4 months I finished the vignette called "Brotherhood Off The Wolves "
Based upon the opening scene of the French movie Le pacte des loups .
In an older posting I discribed the storyand the succes of the movie also in theUSA . So it became the most succesfull foreign movie ever .
As always I started the sculpting using a hornet head and hands from the scrab box .
The sculpting is done using magic sculpt and a mixture of duro
    ( green stuff ) and milliput .
The horse is a historex horse converted .
For the scenery I used natural plants as vegetation ( the roots of bonzaï trees are exelent ).
The snow is made from microballoons . A white powder used in the industrial productions of resins etc ...
The completed sculpting is painted with acrylics as base coat and oils as finishing layer .
There is still some gloss on the figures . When they are comptely dry I can give them an extra layer to get the gloss of .
It was a challange to get this overall brown item painted .
So I tried different mixtures off brown to get the the difference right .

    Hi Marc,

I've never seen the movie, but I really like your vignette. There's obviously a lot of work gone into converting the figures and the horse and it really shows. Bravo.
