    Hi All,

I wondered if anyone has any suggestions for an oil paint mix (or Humbrol) for British Rifle Green for Crimean War uniforms? I'm painting Latorre’s „Rifle Brigade, Sevastopol 1855” figure.
Thanks in advance for any help given!

Béla the nearest I can tell on my colour chart for Humbrol's is. 075 Matt Bronze Green. Only it's hard to tell from a chart.
    Hope that helps,
    Carl.

If you want to mix from scratch a dark mix of black and Cadmium Yellow could be just the ticket. If you think that's actually not quite dull enough, try it with a yellow earth instead.
