British Officer 1942

    This is a Hornet conversion in 1/35th scale.
    Artillery played a major role on the outcome of the battle of El Alamein and can be seen by the smile on the face of this officer.
    Painted in oils.

    Love it. Fresh take on a classic little figure. What head did you use? I had toyed with doing the same using a Scot's head wearing a diced sidecap. Also, what was your oil mix for the shirt?

    It is a Hornet turned head set but I used a Hat cut from an old Verlinden Fig.
    The shirt is ; white, napels yellow, cad. red, black, ultr. blue.
