    Dear planeteers,

Please some help finding the right colour for British Khaki late 19th century.
I tried Brown Sand, Buff, adding Iraqian Sand etc, but I think my mixes are still too yellowish.

Trouble finding a good base tone and highlight in Vallejo or Andrea substitute.

Should I ame for Vallejo Khaki or Khaki grey?
I hope someone can help me.
    Looking for this:

    Hi Patrick,

I'd also suggest to start with Khaki 988 as it has the needed greenish tinge. Lights with the usual suspects (basic skintone or Iraqi Sand...perhaps Pale Sand works as well, just speculating now.
Shades with English Uniform nd darker browns, perhaps even black works.

    Which figure are you doing?

    Cheers,
    Adrian
