I need some info about British caps colours: my subject is an officer on duty in Trieste, as member of BETFOR, in 1947/48. In B&W pictures the cap is certenly no khaki: I have some reference of modern regimental caps, but no ww2.
    Any help?! dedox

Hi dedox..maybe take a look at this link BETFOR and shoot the web master (Pat Skelly) a mail listing for what specific regt. you need the details...I'm sure they will be only too happy to help.

    regards

    Roy.

    Hi,

Surely your officer wears a coloured regimental sidecap. Could you mention which regiment does he belong to?
