I've finished a few figures before I will get exremely busy with work for the next several months and not be able to paint (wahh wahh), but anyway here they are. I will have 2 seperate threads for these 2 figures.

First - This is Queen Boudicca from Fort Duquesne. A very clean figure. I always try to do a better job on each new figure I paint and I might have taken a backwards step on this one mainly because I had a difficult time with the checkers on her dress. But, nevertheless, I still had an enjoyable time painting her and reading about her.

Hope you enjoy the pics and all comments are welcome.

Nice work Brad. This is the first time i ever see this figure, and your painting is really nice. Especially the checked work on the dress . Bravo

Doesn't look like you had any trouble to me Brad! Way to go! And hats off for trying that pattern on such a large area. Nice work.

Hi Brad,

a very nice figure - great paint-job!
What scale is the figure?
... and I like to know if this model is still available as a kit?

Andreas

Thanks Guys - Being my own worst critic, I'm not completely happy with it, but it was a lot of fun to paint. She was one tough lady.

Costas - Thanks for the reply. You are always an inspiration to me.

Arminius - The scale is 120mm. Dont know if you can find one or not. It was made by Fort Duquesne and I know some of their stuff is still available.
