I’m going to be doing 1/35 WW2 German Figures
Please can anyone recommend a good reference book for colours of uniforms

Any of the German WW2 titles in the Osprey Men-At-Arms series would be good, Bryan - have a look at the Osprey Publishing website, or Amazon or AbeBooks.
Most Osprey titles can be had relatively cheaply either secondhand or sometimes new from the latter 2 sites. Just have a look through the titles currently in print on Osprey's site, & decide which ones best suit what you want to paint.

    Hi Bryan,
I had this book once and it's excellent as all the uniforms depicted are from real uniforms in colour photo's. If it's non SS you are going for there will be other titles covering the Heer. If this is your area it might be worth investing in a couple of good reference books although some are pricey. Try Naval and Military Press as a starting point.
