    Hello everybody,
Here are few photos of my latest bust. It is my second attempt to paint a female face. I am working with oils over acrylic paint. Any critics or advises are welcome.

Hi, nice transitions of the face colours, not sure about the lips as any nuns I came across used a lighter shade of lipstick, ;) otherwise it is great...

Not if you have seen Black Narcissus, there was some serious Technicolour 'lippy' in that :) Deborah Kerr and Jean Simmons :)

Personally I think making and painting figures is a bad habit...nun too good especially to the pocket!

good looking painting though...flesh tonnes are nice...comment on lipstick is probably right for authenticity but certainly in Black Narcissus there was use of make up for the new colour filming techniques.
