Some work in progress pictures of the Red Hackle Miniatures Black Watch Officer circa 1900-1932... progress is a tad slow due to having to go overseas to PNG fairly regularly of late...

Nice start , I think you could push the reds more , shadows and then revisit the highs , flesh has a good start ...again I'd push highs and shadows , possibly push the highs on the headwear

This is looking good now , tartan looks neatly done , possibly push a wash over the white on sporran?
