Anyhow, I'm still tweaking (narrowed the jaw, tweaked nose and space below eyes:

Honestly, I'm not...I struggle with the nose and few other things, but can't see what is wrong exactly...will leave it for few days to "rest the eyes"...
Got some tips from friend on FB, and will try to improve it in few days...

As I said, this one is Your's best work so far (at least for me), this one has personality captured... Maybe to post original picture from which You are working ... Nick is person with many faces so its hard to tell what to correct. Even if You leave it that way it's excellent..
