Arriving from France in a sturdy brown cardboard box with all parts wrapped in bubble-wrap. After unwrapping the bubble-wrap we found all parts sealed inside a zip-lok bag to insure against loss during shipping. The bottom photo shows all the parts removed from the bag for inspection prior to being photographed.

Conclusion:
An excellent cast and engineered bust from one of the foremost sculptors in Europe. Very minimal clean-up needed prior to painting. One of the best WWII busts I have seen. Highly recommended.

Great review Guy, thanks. That's a very impressive bust. Could almost be a Young Minitaures bust - and that's the highest praise I can offer.

In fact I did presume wrongly that it were gonna be released by Young, given the sculptor's previous works for Young and all. The casting here turns out to be just as flawless.

On the other hand, it can be noticed that Young Miniature's WWII bust series is diverting consciously from its dominant style and presentation, offering an enhanced variety going forward. Of course, the latest release, a Young's creation, in fact sees a return to signiture Young, from head sculpt to fabric treatment.

Many thanks for the preview as always Guy, I like this piece very much and a
must get in the near future. Great sculpting ideed.:D

Nice bust

Very nice bust indeed!!! I think I will order this one.
I also have the Mirage 200mm US Officer 116 RGT figure and I was thinking of doing a decal for the Gas Mask bag on it. I know it is heresy to put a decal on a figure, but to be honest, I could not be bothered painting it. Any good photos or drawings for the markings? I have tried Google and found a few but they seem to differ.

Cheers Jason
