Comes up for sale regularly on eBay as buy-it-now for a LOT less.

I think you need to be much more realistic / sensible with your pricing.

Your price is much too high.
I've got one, and it's not such a brilliant kit anyway.
    You're currently up against THIS:

    Hi,
like said, mine is white non-glassy plastic like the last series.
then I sell it for others and can't say anything about the price.
    Thanks

Neither the colour of the plastic (or colour of resin), matters when the kit is both not of current standard
    AND overpriced.
....and 5 months later, still not sold solely because of the price, (plus the extra for shipping).

IMHO the type of plastic makes a difference when working on the kit and will have an influence on the way colors adhere to the surface of the model. Everyone is free to set a price for his offerings and everybody else is free to pay the price or move on.

I didn't mention the TYPE of plastic, and it's the dumb pricing that has made people move on for 5 months, not my problem, but a hint or 10 has been made already, and ignored, so I guess you and I will also move on.

    There's an old farmer's saying.
"If you take time to try and teach a pig to dance, two things happen....
you get a very confused pig that cannot dance, and a frustrated tutor.

You did not mention the type of plastic but made a comment about the color - taliesin was commenting about the type of plastic. When Airfix produced these kits they used a somewhat softer kind of plastic that wasn`t that glossy and brittle like the plastic used later by re-releases. The Airfix plastic is easier to work and to paint.
The pricing it what it is - the value taliesin seems to see in this kit. If it is so smart to repeatedly comment about a "dumb price" is up to you. I surely now move on - not my deal and not my keyboard war.
