Quick piccy update

Ties finished went for a simple restrained design , in keeping with the subject IMO

Shirts painted but keep looking at the lower collar edge on his right .......putty might be coming out

Started on the hair as well ...long way to go !

Hi everyone

After much sobbing and muttering , happy with the look of the top frame of the glasses , perhaps a tiny bit of sanding back

Side pieces of glasses ready ...with a few spare ! ... will add around the ears with Magisculpt

Frames will be painted a brown, streaked

For the lens currently I have acetate ready ( which might be too rounded ? ) but going to try and form the shape using blutac then use Kristal Klear ......once fully dry , will remove lens and fit into place ........

I mean what could possibly go wrong .....lol

Neither can I ...it's such excitement beyond words ...it's gradually clearing ....VERY gradually .....LOL

Well that went well ....NOT!! .....previous ones broke so building up the frame bit by bit ....having to wait till each addition is fully dry ....looks a little messy atm but should work out okay

Wish I could get a set by 3D !...or the reference picture had the glasses in the pocket .....unseen ....lol



Just for Nigel .....getting clearer .....Oooooo.....the excitement might be too much

Before the lens are fitted will need to paint at least the eye area !

All now basecoated..but think it might need thinning ...will post pic later
