Baden Cuirassier Flat

    This is what I am working on at the moment "Kürassieroffizier &
    Dame in Winterkleidung 1770-1800"

    I've still some work to do but getting close to finishing.

    Hi Roger. Looks good. The only thing is, that I have problems on my monitor to decide what is painted background what is figure ;)

    And I want think about "Winterkleidung" because now it is warm here

    Thanks Ulrich, the background is just a piece of cardboard I use to mount the flats on whilst I paint them.

    I thought you were still wearing Winterkleidung in Germany!! :D It's weizen in the garden weather here :D

    Very smooth transitions between shading and highlighting of the colors. I really like this.

    The lady's dress was painted as follows;

    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]Base- Games Workshop(GW) Red Gore.

    Shade- Base + Tiny amount of GW Dark Angels Green.

    Highlight- GW Mechrite Red.

    Lots of thin washes of the base colour were used to blend the colours together.
