Thank you Mike.
Coming along rather nicely there mate
You use the craft colours a lot .......will this be a base for the Oils ?
Thanks for sharing
PS Hope you survived the shopping ...lol
Thanks mate, no I shall use it as the main colour as they thin down well for washes, anyway I only tend to use oils for faces but with the odd acceptation
Nice work on this one Geoff.
I finished all four of this set a while back, and found them great fun to paint.
Many thanks Andrew, they are a nice set and would be good to see a few more of them.
I am just about to start the fourth one for me, the French Bombardier.
What !! ...you finished the Marine already !
Finally finished him,
Thanks for your likes and comments, starting the French Bombardier next and that makes up the set of four busts produced.
Of course Nap, he took a long time
Nice work! I am glad you have a fun with this.
Well done Geoff, nice looking bust and nicely painted, superb job.
Thank you, really pleased I did him justice.
Many thanks Bob, the uniform certainly is something different, certainly the hat.
Okay you win !!!!....nice resuit there , it's the hat that makes it on this bust ...different ....my one is quite thin so the casting must have been interesting !!
Look forward to the Bombardier
Nice work so far Geoff...
Thanks Nap, yes the rim is quite thin and amazing it stated straight all the way around.
I have painted the face and blocked in the wig and Bearskin, pics tomorrow.
Many thanks Jim.
Very nice paintwork on this fabulous Offo's character sculpt. Well done Geoff
