    Hi Chris and thank you.....I paint in oils over an acrylic undercoat...in this case I undercoated in basic blue....then used indigo oil paint all over and then removed as much of the indio as you want with a clean dry brush....let the indigo settle for a while , you will find the highlights are there to see,
    Mix a little indigo with white...to your taste ..not to much, try to be subtle . Keep adding as you want....Mike(y)
