My order arrived from skpmodel.eu today and I couldn't resist starting. So I thought I'd share my latest project.
A Czech tank commander slowly becoming a British ARP warden. Head is from Hornet and ICM helmet, bike is Masterbox with other bits from the stash. Megaphone mk1 is paper wrapped around a pencil.

Another nice original idea, Paul. I like the way you always create figures from the spares box, & the way you choose the Home Front as well as military subjects.

That's an interesting and well put together project, like the look of this one.

A couriosity. you bought this figure becouse you wish realize this figure with bicicle...or you decided about it only when you received it from skp??
I like so much these two SKP figures: 269 sergent raf and 255 tobruk one.......do you have them could you say me samething about these figures??

I really like the SKP range of figures, nice subjects, sculpts and a very reasonable price. I chose the figure because his outfit resembles ARP overalls with the minimum of changes. I knew he would have to lean on something and had a couple of ideas, it was just luck he fitted the bicycle so well. I've painted a couple of their RAF figures before and they are great. #269 Sergeant RAF was one of the figures I bought this time due to the options his uncluttered uniform offered, unfortunately he has arrived so damaged he's unusable.
Edit: the very nice people at SKP have sent me a replacement figure for my damaged RAF sergeant

Finally got some details added.

The real world has been getting in the way lately, but at last I've had time to sit and enjoy myself.

Boy, he does look exhausted. Lovely brushwork.
