I've just finished this bust. Thanks for looking.
Fantastic piece of work, everything I love in a bust, great painting, great weathering and great blood effects,a soldier in campaign or heat of battle, brilliant
Stunning work,....beautifully done.
A truly great piece, Marcin.
But l don`t like blood！
Perfect. Nothing more to say. I can´t say what I like most
Excellent. What a tremendous sense of after the battle you've conveyed.
Thank you guys for your feedback!
Beautifull!! The "after the battle" look it's amazing.
Great painting all around.
Excellent work !!!
Superb, Marcin, I love everything about this - the weathering on the shield, the worn leather, blood spatter.
Top stuff mate!
Thank you guys!
I hope to see it soon in Torun
Thank you Marc.

Well done..........weathering and battle ridden...very well done......Keep up the good work......Wayne
does he talk too?
Marcin, lovely work!
Blood on the face doesn't work for me, a bit overdone and too shiny, blood doesn't reflect light too well + there is no way a person would not wipe his face when brain tissue is splattered in the face like that
Otherwise - superb, I like shield especially Blood there- excellent, and subtle but cleverly done blood on chainmail sleeve, that definitely works, nice touch.
This is lovely painting and obviously the people who don't like the blood have never tried to do it as it is extremely difficult to replicate.
You've done an amazing job with the blood. I've tried it many, many times and it's nowhere near as good or realistic as this.
The leathers are superb, especially the neck part.
The weathering is also worth mentioning.
The whites are notoriously difficult and you've nailed them brilliantly.
I love this bust and you've really done a fantastic job on it.
I agree. After seen yours, I definitely decided to paint this bust too. Your work is very inspirational.
