Superb, Marcin, I love everything about this - the weathering on the shield, the worn leather, blood spatter.

    Marcin, lovely work!
Blood on the face doesn't work for me, a bit overdone and too shiny, blood doesn't reflect light too well + there is no way a person would not wipe his face when brain tissue is splattered in the face like that:D
Otherwise - superb, I like shield especially (y) Blood there- excellent, and subtle but cleverly done blood on chainmail sleeve, that definitely works, nice touch.

This is lovely painting and obviously the people who don't like the blood have never tried to do it as it is extremely difficult to replicate.
You've done an amazing job with the blood. I've tried it many, many times and it's nowhere near as good or realistic as this.
The leathers are superb, especially the neck part.
The weathering is also worth mentioning.
The whites are notoriously difficult and you've nailed them brilliantly.
I love this bust and you've really done a fantastic job on it.
