Marc. I've lost count the times that I've stripped and repainted a figure.:D

    Morning Marc.,
Mate just look upon what you have done as an undercoat and move forward..l looked at your base water down what you done there, its well done, and run that as a wash over the complete figure, and your well on the way to what the lads are saying..
Keep your mud and staining washes very thin,l even use felt knib pens ( texters ) and coloured pencils. For thick mud try adding lots of talcum powder or pastel into your paint and just stipple softly onto the surface of your figure, but remember a little less is better than too much...
The eyes are sculpted as half closed as they would be in that tied state of just comming out of line, a wee bit of flesh under the to close it will make all the difference...
Marc mate your moving along well.....Phil..

    Great work Marc.
The color of the uniform is beautiful.
The ground work is also original and wonderful.
    I liked it very much.
    I congratulate completion.

    Thanks Phil,
I thought your way, but i wasn't sure it wouldt work.
Well, i can try, and see where it end.
With all the help i can get where all your lads wanted me to go.....
At least here is my reference from the book. The darker colors are my shade, so i build it up from, let us say the trousers...
