Just wondering if anyone still uses soldering and if so can they give any details?

    Einion,
I've read an article in a book ( can't find the title in my head, and i'm at work now) about soldering. They advice it as the best bound, but tricky. If to hot, well the figure is ruined.
It seems to me the best and strongest way to do.
If you want i can scan the page's and send them to you.

    Hi,
I have soldered my first whitemetal fig of Vercingetorix (can't remember manufacturer) with low melt solder. It works fine but you have to be careful not to melt metal parts.
