Im looking more for a "normal" german navy figure for the use on the "Schnellboote" (fastboats) series see below.

You might be able to use WSS tank crew in full leather outfit with some putty work. The side cap was also identical in design between WSS and KM.... with different colors and insignia.

Hi T50 thanks for the tipp. Ive tried several times with bigger conversions but always failed like italy winning the afrika war
Some small chances in arm positions etc are no problem and look halfway decent.

This figure can be converted into a KM crew if you can change the hat insignia, get rid of his belt and have the jacket hang loose.

Could the Warriors "Das Boot" kit figures be adapted?
