The 54mm is from the old, very old, Rose Miniatures range. Currently available from John Eden Studios;

this pack is the middle of line 6 in their catalogue.

The 80mm might be from the old Sovereign Miniatures range but I'm not at all sure.

Don't think it's Sovereign, their round bases were rimed with a simulated thick rope but ... is it something written under the base ??

it was not easy but I have been able to read most of it-
sculptured by (name is not legible) for ceremonial studios
