After some projects where historical accuracy (or rather attempts at) was of prime importance, such as the Scots Greys, a Civil War Zouave and a French WWI fantassin, I decided to tackle this fantasy interpretation of the infamous female pirate Anne Bonny and just have a blast with it. Also, she specifically instructed me to leave the striped trousers, or else. So I complied.

Thanks, Zane, it can be liberating at times, yes. As with all things, variety is the spice of life, so I'll always be alternating between historical and fantasy figures, I guess ;-)
