I first cropped the image to focus the area.
Uploaded the image to http://pixlr.com/editor/ (an online photoshop like tool)
I added the touches to the image on a new layer (so I can hide it and add it back)
Save each layer as a series of images on my computer file1.jpg, file2.jpg , etc (three in this case)
Then uploaded the images to here : http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/animatedgif/
Then created the gif with a 2000 millisecond delay and uploaded to PF!
