Angelo Amorese of Verona Italy, a good friend of our fellow member, Luca Olivieri, sent me some sbs photographs of a 90mm Knight Hospitaller he is working on from SGF Soldiers. The figure was sculpted by A. Laruccia, of Soldiers.

    Dear Pete,
the mixture of the face is my habitual: Humbrol flesh undercoat, then oils (W&N).
flesh, mars yellow, little mars brown and raw umber....shadow with base more cadmium red and ivory black; for the lights add flesh and white.
    I hope to write good.............
    cheers

    Hello Angelo

Your work is fantastic! I glad to see pictures of this finished. I just bought this piece for my Christmas present and had never seen it done by anyone. Now I have great reference photos for all different views of the figure. Yours will be my inspiration. Thanks.
