This is Verlinden's fantasy warrior 1:3 scale. solid resin (heavy)
Any comments are welcome. Sorry about the smaller pics on both busts, they came through much smaller in kitpic than I thought. I had maked the rescale button. Should I not mark this button?

Excellent work Brad..........I like the way yours turned out better than mine.....eyes and flesh tone are super.

If you load pics into kitpic and don't check the box to resize, they will be a little bigger in screen size

Brad---Great job all the way around but I think the yellow teeth are a real nice touch.

Thanks for the comments gentlemen. I had fun with both of these figure (one of the reasons to paint). I did cheat and used an airbrush for most of the warriors skin.

Mike - I'm glad you like the teeth. My wife would disagree. She was grossed out with the teeth and eyes.

The eyes and teeth are outstanding, great work. I think the fleshtones on the face would look even better if you added some more high-highlights. Roger

    Hey Brad,

Great job on a huge bust! I would agree with some more lights, but hey, its a fantasy one so you can do whatever you want. I dig the eyes, they rock!

    Thanks everyone.

Anders and Roger, I totally agree with adding more highlight, but i didn't really notice that it needed it till later and didn't want to mess up everything else ( which I'm prone to do). So I called it done and off to other work.

    Thanks again

Another welldone Brad...........and don't call using an airbrush as CHEATING, because its the FINAL RESULT that counts, irrelevant of what and how.......... there are no RULES imho that dictate with what or how you should paint

    Ray,

Thanks for the comments. I didn't know if using an airbrush was considered a way out or not among the figure painters. I love using it, but don't get much chance too.
