Very nice looking figure, However, (uh-oh a button counter!) each French regiment had distinctive button/pocket/cuff patterns as well as colors on their white coats. This figure appears to have 6 buttons on horizontal pockets and 3 buttons on his cuffs. This site has a very good chart of which regiment had which coat and the colors for each and where they saw service. A couple could be easy fixes to represent the troops at Carillon
