Sorry Nick, I think your information regarding this is incorrect, Taesung does not use Hornet heads that have been modified...

The burden of proof is on you now!

    Hello Nick,

You are sadly mistaken that you think I modify Hornet heads to use them
on my Alpine figures. If you can show us a photographic comparison
showing the Alpine and Hornet heads in quetion side by side, I and others
in this forum would greatly appreciate it. The burden of proof is on you.
If you show me the pictorial comparison to prove your point, I'll show you the
    master of the particular head(s).

If you can convince other members in this forum and Roger Sanders that
any Alpine heads are a modified version of Hornet heads, I will leave
this forum and never return here.

However if you are not able to prove your statement, YOU WILL POST
A PUBLIC APOLOGY AS A SEPARATE THREAD.

By the way, I will email Roger Sanders from Hornet about this thread.
I look forward to seeing the photographic comparison soon, Nick.

I have to paint a couple of Alpine figures now and I have to say that the Alpine heads ARE NOT modified Hornet heads. Anyone can put one of each right to the other to see the difference. I would but it's so stupid that I don't want to waist my time...

Nick, That is a VERY SERIOUS accusation to make. Taesung has no doubt worked very hard to establish the reputation that he has EARNED for himself in the hobby. In the future you may want to have more solid evidence other than an assumption (which this seems to be) before you go making unfounded and irresponsible claims by attacking someone's livlihood.~Gary

I have painted more then one head of bothAlpine and Hornet in my painting days, and there are too many differences between then to be converted one from the other. They both have there very unique features which makes each wonderfull. And Nick, if you know so little or bad English, don't go writing such things. In the past I have answered to threads too quick. Now I think three, four times before posting (and even thenI oftendon't post) because now you have hurt many peoples feeling, and should they puch it further it can cost you quite some money.

I think Taesung got own style, very recognizable. It is hard to misteke with Hornet or something else.

    Best regards

Even with a question mark I think it STILL would have gotten you the same reaction. Hopefully the matter is all cleared up and this thread will not mushroom into something it is not.~Gary

I'd like to request the moderator to kindly remove the
posts related to Alpine/Hornet heads subject before this
has further negative impact on Alpine's brand image and
as I have nothing further to prove. Thank you!
