    Alex,
Excellent job! The bust looks like it was taken from a lithograph of him I saw in New York City a while back. It basically was a portrait photo of him as he appears in your bust with the caption "Imagination is more important than knowledge" (that was a quote by him).

A remarkable likeness. I always ask this question (I'm sure people are tired of answering) but Alex what medium did you use to paint him? What colors? What colors? Thanks.

Ken, Thats not my case, you can ask me anithing you want.
It's difficult to me answer what colors I've used, becouse I use the medium more next to my hands, and dont use specific marcs...
Basicly, Humbrol flesh tone for the face base, and then acrilics (mexican production) warm flesh, and put all higtly shadows whit diluite acrilics and oils blue and dark brown tones... then add the lights, clear flesh, naples yelow and a bit of white. Finally added all tones I culd whit oils an acrilics very diluid, but, I dont take any specific metod for this, only observing the model add and add tones I think he ned... ( I can think the model is finish and add other tones some weeks or months later).
The hair and moustache, humbrol black for the base, very caps of white acrilics and some blue and yelow, and lightly white oil.
The clouth, Humbrol blue for base, and shadows, dark blue, brown, gray etc... And white for the lights.
I spect answer your question, and sorry for my english.
    Alex.
