László, I love your work and I think yours and Pepa´s are the best i´ve seen of this bust until now IMHO.

Beautiful eyes and smooth transitions of the flesh done with style.

FOR MY PERSONAL TASTE, I love to see more contrast in the reds.

Some remarks if I may. The reds need more shading and highlight. As far as I can see I believe that you highlight with white. I see some pink into the red.
Also the green needs more contrast, so highlighting more will do.
The the eyes: In my humble opinion the iris is to round. If you look carefully to another persons eye you never see the underside of the iris round. The iris is mostly a circle flatted on the up and under side.
Because of that I think the eyes look unnatural. But the color of the iris is perfect.
Further the lips are to purple. You can overpaint it with a reddish skincolor.
