This figure depics Marshal-Admiral The Marquis Tōgō Heihachirō, admiral of the fleet in the Imperial Japanese Navy and one of Japan's greatest naval heroes. As Commander-in-Chief of the Combined Fleet during the Russo-Japanese War, he successfully confined the Russian Pacific Fleet to Port Arthur before winning a decisive victory over a relieving fleet at Tsushima.

This figure was included in the kit of the Battleship HIJMS Mikasa from Hasegawa. As far as I know, this figure could not be bought individually. It is 1/35 and painted with oil paints.
