The base is a solid core of white granite from a drill core sample, covered in a clear gloss acrylic overcoat.

Sam, my next new one is likely to be another Naked Army 1/6th scale figure of a Royal Australian Air Force Spitfire pilot in New Guinea, 1943.

I have a couple of other figures at various stages of completion which I hope to finish in the next couple of months.
