New member to the forum, here's one of my past works. Added the goatee, made the Alpenstock (climbing staff) out of wood dowel, and caved the rock base from basswood. Painted with acrylics and oils.

Carl - I think this is Friul model's 90mm kit, but nicely modified by Patrick.

Thanks guys for the comments! Hopefully, I can get the counterpart figure, an Austrian Kaiserjäger, out of my desk drawer and onto the painting workbench in the near future.
