90mm WW2 Germans for conversion?

    Hi All-
I have pretty much given up on WWII Germans for lots of reasons, but do want to put together a a dio of a Flak 88 because of my interest in US Heavy Bombers. I grabbed Merit's 1/18 model of a flak gun, but am struggling to find some simple Germans to use in a dio scene with it. Most I find in the 90mm scale are $40-60 highly posed figures (like those from Andrea or Pegaso) that I would hate to cut up to re-pose. Any suggestions?

    Hi Matt,
I think you are pretty stuck for 90mm, there is someone on ebay doing 3d Germans in 120mm. All I could suggest is you contact him and see how much he would charge for a 90mm figure. I think he is called top3ddesigns, his 120mm figures are about £17 so I think they would come as one piece, not sure of the quality, but if you are going to chop them up it may be an option for you.
    cheers
    Richie

Tamiya did a few 1/24 plastic Germans and Americans many years ago, they maybe to small but if your cutting them up they could possibly work.. maybe ?

I always forget Shapeways! I found a set there. They cost too much, but that's the way it goes :)
