Hi all it has been some time since i painted anything this small 25 years or so  dug this one out of the back of the cabinet re based it and toned down all the colours the tree I found in a trench excavation for a house about the same time, so this is the result. Cheers Ron

Looks well Ron. Is that a piece of cork for the rock?
    Very effective, anyway.

Yip Carl, cork and milliput to blend in to the base, drilled in a couple of large holes plugged with epoxy then drilled holes for the pegs on the figure as it is old ,metal and heavy, hope it all stays togther

    Cheers for the comments

Hi Ron. I think it´s a great idea. With some changes and a very atractive scenary, you´ve got a very effective result. That naked tree and ground, gives to the scene a winter athmosphere.

Love it Ron. You've done a cracking job there. The base and the tree really set it off as well. Although whenever I see or hear the name "MACBETH", I'm always overcome with the urge to sing "Hot potato, Orchestra stalls, Puck will make amends" and pinch the nose of the nearest person in order to ward off any bad karma (anyone familiar with Blackadder III will know what I mean ) .

The last storm Ronnie, do you mean the one blowing outside my window just now?
Should get a lot of figures done this winter then if a wee bit wind stops you.
Must have taken the Italian brickies a while to build thon "English" wall if you have to stop when its windy.
