Sometimes the companys fall over and over and over again on the same personality... Diversity people, I know Napoleon is money, but there are(were) other guys... that can be more challenging to work on, than napoleon.

Other of my favourite books about this period is: Uniforms of the American Revolution, by John Mollo and illustrated by Malcom MacGregor.



And this colection is very good also:

Uniforms of the American Revolution 1775-1783, Volume 1 and 2. The illustrations are clip art but very useful because they give front and rear view.

I love those english officers uniforms! Pls somebody make a 75mm figure of that!!!

Oh yes,i agree too.

Considering that Frank Miniatures is from Germany, as brancaleone said, surely they will orient their production to Hesse, Prussia, Brunswick etc.
This period is one of my favourites for the beauty, variety and richness of the uniforms, besides much of them allow different painting options, based on regiments, freikorps and territories, all of them in the prussian style.

Here. Here! So many options. So many opportunities. I'd like to see a Prussian Cuirassier or von Seydlitz if you wanted to do a personality. But agree with Eduardo, you could spend a lifetime exploring the SYW in all it's splendor.

I forgot to remark that the French Uniform of 1779 in generic form could be used towards later periods, practically did not change in shape until the eralies 1800's , so there are a lot of possibilities in cfreating French troops.
Few of the German korps are not too far from this uniforms, in fact, with the sweeping reforms in the French Army after the disastrous 7 YW the minister of the Army used those prussian uniforms as an inspiration to change the old french battle dress.

I just have you to say thanks to all of you . For the all the comments, suggestions and for plates posted ( immediately saved ), special Thanks to Eduardo. wich did a great service to everyone . The 18th century it's absolutely one of my favourite period .. And I can promise you i will keep working on figures from this range . At the moment, i'm planning a couple of 54 mm from my company as well ( OFF Miniatures ) besides the 75 scale will be released from Frank .
