    Hola all!

Here is a little project I have been working on today, its a 54mm 1880's high back, double rigged half seat Sam Stagg rigging saddle. Say that 10 times fast!

Its Magic Sculpt with Lead foil. The saddle it self is basically done, need to add some conchos and some fine tuning here and there, then its time for the stirrups!

Comments and suggestions welcome as always.

Anders, Looks good. My only comment is that the horn looks a little off center unless that's how they are or maybe the camera angle. Where's the horsey for it? :) ~Gary

    Thanks guys!

Basically it is done in stages, something like this:

    Lower skirt
    Seat and the swells
    Cut the hole in center
    Front and back small skirts
    Stirrup Straps
    Tiny fenders
    Front rigging
    Back rigging
Strap connecting front and back riggs
    Horn

It was mainly done in wet putty, but was also shaped after cured with sanding stick and X-Acto knife.

I think the horn may be little off, I'll check and see.

I got horses for it, I have one that I sculpted and Im reworking some of the ones that Doug Lee sculpted for VLS few years back.
