    It was looking great in the WIP's but then BOOM! Brilliant when finished. So much to like but all these elements have been commented on before so to try break new ground. The subtle base sets off the figure well and the dusty boots look the part. Well done indeed.

    Wow! Nicely done Colin - to my eye, it has a real "painterly" feel to it, much like looking at a Gericault or Detaille portrait on canvas. You sir, are the master of gold lace - I'll need tutoring when I work up the courage to start the Pegaso Flahaut figure:eek:!
