Back to my workbench.
Working on the 4th light continental dragoon.
I have used a bold head plug, added some putty to create the Tarleton Style helmet.

And primes using self etching primer.

Great to see you at your bench .....love that dragoon , nice putty work on the helmet ( one of my favourites ) ....like the face on him as well ...is he smiling ?

As for the other fellow .....lovely conversion work , not the easiest of poses to get right

Nice conversion on the Tarleton, odd looking helmets. Nice uniform to go in with the rest, going to be very colourful.

I can't wait to paint French Dragoons of these era, they all have green coats with different colors for their facings, my favorite is Aurore /a ( pinkish orange) and the other is pale pink.

Today I've got these 2 Continental officers from Grippling beast ( Front Rank Figures).
They will be the last 2 figures on the American side.
All in all, 5 figures left to complete what i want it to achieve.

The Dragoons will be a splash of colour, Aurore is a particularly French colour and does look dashing. The continentals I assume will.be blue?
