All of the base colors are painted, now i will get into lights and shadows...

Wonderful job on these, Daniel! The face on the officer is very well done. These are colorful uniforms - it’s easy to understand why this regiment is among your favorites.

I have ordered one officer , British from the SYW, i love the pose and excellent to convert to a Frenchie ( calle it a traitor ;-)) ).
Easy conversion, modifiy the stand up collar, got rid of the officer's band andnre-built some areas of the coat including the lapels, added the officer shoulder epaulettes.

Primed and started to paimt the face and hat...

I have layed the base color for the coat using a mix of Vallejo medium blue and a dab of callejor dark prussian blue.
