I am about few details on completing this officer.
I added the sword and then decided to add a handkerchief on the right hand so he'll be cleaning his sword for "future action" , I think is an interesting detail.

Marc, that is because the whole face has not been worked at all, out of the standard i normally paint the coat first, then i do the face which for me is a real challenge especially in a such a small scale.
the eye sockets has been painted with black ink so i could paint the eyes using the "racoon" technique.
i did finish the face last nite and will post progress pixs, i really appreciate your imput
