    They are both great, p3 dries out a little shinnier than vallejo, but nothing you can't fix by adding Mate medium.
    I jave to say my latest favorite paints are scale 75.

    Nap, I've only used P3 metallics, so take this for what you will, but I find them far superior to Vallejo or Reaper (the paint I use the most).

    They all look good but the gendarme in particular very flamboyant with the red/ gold .......interesting your sculpting a arm ?

    Started some mod on another figure from Steve Barber, this gendarme is a standard bearer, i decided to have him with unbuttoned coat.
    Modified the entire front, some on the tails andnadded lace.

    Can't beat a standard bearer IMO

    Thanks my.friend, i have already ordered 4 figures fro
    Triguard to convert to the Gendarmes, one is a british light dragoon trumpeter from the AWI series which i am planning to convert to a Gendarme trumpeter.
    As for the kettle drummer it crossed my mind to do it, just gotta find the right pose.
