    Hi guys,
I have progressed a bit more on my latest bust. Still much to do,crisping details up, etc, but the basics are there now. Hope you like it so far! Thanks for the good wishes on the broken finger, at least it's got me out of chores!

    Hi Steve ,

Now that does look good , really like the shako plate ...is this based on a particular reference as I see he has a moustache ?

Looking up close ...nice tufts on the epaulettes ...definately one I would want to paint .....and review !!!!!

Is there another crossbelt plus belt plate to go on ?

Look forward to seeing more on this

    Hope finger is geting better

It looks very good so far, I also lreally like the shako. I like the fact that you've chosen to sculpt a Line Infantry soldier, it makes a nice change to the Guards & Highlanders we usually see from this period.

Fantastic work - the brit army of the period is a rich subject to choose from and I echo the comment made about choosing a line infantry regt - super job when can I buy one ?(y)

    Hi guys,
many thanks for the positive comments - Ive always had a soft spot for the less glamorous units and regiments - I feel that they are somewhat neglected when it come to figures! Im planning to do more along these lines, so watch out for more posts!
    thanks again,
    Steve;)
