    Just completed these 3 figures.

1st. is the Iron Brigade bust from Forlorn.
I would like your opinion on doing a small blood wound on his bandage.

2nd is the Luftwaffe Pilot from Tamiya.

3rd. is the Harper's Ferry Marine by TLB. 120mm.

    Comments welcomed.

Beautiful painting Dee. I like all three. when I do a blood spot on a bandage I stipple the blood onto the bandage.

Great work Dee. Try to use a darker red/brown for blood, as that's the colour you get when blood dries in a bandage.

Great work Dee! Man, are you getting the hang of groundwork! Dark blue can be tricky and your Iron Bde fellow is well done indeed. More!

    Beautiful work on all 3,Dee.
If you're considering a bit of blood I reckon a subtle leak emerging from under the bandage.
    Well done.

Wow Dee! They look great! Like Jay said, you've been busy. :)

    Is the Tamiya 1/35?

I think a bit of blood soaking through the bandage on the bust would look good. How much, I leave to your judgement. :D

    Hi Dee,

Great work on all three figures. I have the Forlorn Hope bust (RIP Dave Ridley) and I think a subtle amount of blood on the bandage itself would be perfect.

Guy, Thanks.. didn't think about stippling the blood on
Glenn, thanks for for your input on blood.

Marc, John, Roc, Jay, Steve, Marcel, Mark, Tony,
Thank you for your opinion. Yes I have been busy. I am really trying not to let
color choices stop me from moving forward.

Tony, I really enjoyed painting the Forlorn bust by the late David Ridley. It was a
great one to paint. The only thing I could not do is put down on the backpack the
2nd Wisconson.. was not sure how to do that. So I just made him a basic Iron Brigade
    guy.

Wendy.. yes it is 1/35. I have a couple of other Tamiya kits I may try a bit later on.

    Appreciate everyone's input.

    Thanks
    Dee

    Hi Tommi,

    Thanks..

The Harper Ferry Marine is a Lost Battalion figure.

I forgot to put his pipe in his mouth... it came with the wall he is leaning on.
Pretty nice kit and the casting was very good.

Dee, from what I can tell from the photos, these look fantastic. Thank you for reminding me about that bust, now I think I know what I would like Santa to bring me for x-mas. ;)
