2015 Lone Star Figure Show - March 12-14

It is that time of the year once more and we hope that you will join us at the Lone Star Figure Show in Dallas Texas!

Julio Cabos will once again join us and will host a painting workshop. This year Julio will teach us how to paint one of Andrea Miniatures excellent pirate figures. The figure for this years workshop is the 54mm Pirate of Tortuga (PC-04). The figure offers plenty of textures and interesting things to paint making it an excellent choice for the workshop.

Bob Bethea and Henry Nunes will be hosting another edition of the Beginner Painting Workshop. This workshop covers everything from start to finish of a figure for the more intermediate figure painter. Last year the workshop was a great success and was very well attended.

Historically the workshops have filled up quick so if you are wanting to attend sign up as soon as you can. Both workshops are filled up first come first serve.

To sign up for any of the workshops please visit the show website at www.lonestarfigureshow.com

Anders Heintz will be conducting a seminar on Saturday the 14th covering the process of sculpting and painting a 54mm original figure.

The show will be held at:

    DFW Airport Marriott South
    4151 Centreport Boulevard
    Fort Worth, Texas 76155

For more information please visit our website at www.lonestarfigureshow.com

We hope to see you there!

Any members attending the workshop with Julio Cabos at the Lone Star Show?

I've already signed up and am looking forward to learning some new painting skills. I already have some newly acquired figures that I'm putting aside until after the class with the hope to use my new skills on them.
