    Thanks again for all the positive response to my figure.It is very encouraging to get the feed back.I will try and explain how I painted the skin tones on the figure and the colour mix on the trousers in the next few days.As you guys have said there is a great interest in ACW. and I am one of them. Have a couple of other figures on the drawing board.(my head) At present I have turned my interests to the New Zealand Colonial Wars of the 1860s and will post same photos soon of the sculpting .Kind regards and happy modelling to all.John

    Hello John,

    Have you considered doing a Maori warrior?

    Of all people, being from NZ, you would have first-hand info about this much-neglected subject. ;)

    Hi Quang,Yes I have considered doing a Maori figure.I have plains to do a 3 piece vignette later this year.I will post progress shots as I go.Kind regards John ;)
