Hi Guys,I have been sculpting this 1/9th scale bust over the last three or four months of a Zouave soldier of the 155th Pennsylvania infantry 1860s ACW.I have sculpted him from Super Sculpey firm and Magic Sculpt.I still have more work to do on him.The tassel is just blue tacked on so is sitting a bit proud, but gives the idea.Hope you like him so far.I am thinking of producing him commercially as a resin casting.

    Regards,John:)

    Awesome work John!
I like the proud, staunch look of this guy's face lots of opportunity to bring this too life.

Also a colourful final product too.

Glad to see you've been busy & am sure this one will find a ready market if commercialised.

    Take care,

    Mike

    155th Pa Zouave bust

John, Great job! I would very much like to see this go on the market as I am a big zouave fan and would love to paint it! And if you still have zouave interest, I would love to see someone do a Wheat's Tigers with optional heads wearing the fez or straw hat.
