    Hi everybody,
this is my last work (a present for my cousin) a man of the FDNY after the WTC's attack.
This is the white version, i'll paint it like a metal statue.
The scale is 54mm and work on this fireman was a real pleasure (i think more will come ;))

Man what a moment to tackle. I wonder if more mahem is in order or possibly more emotion. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but this guy is going through the shit right now. He is probably overwhelmed at the moment and isn't quite sure what to think but I'll bet he thinks he is in hell. That day was/is hell for all Americans and will be till the end of days. The metal statue painting leaves out the possibility of painting him as red eyed, crying and confused while being the super hero that he is. If you can do it, it would be an incredible presentation to paint him realsitically top part (face and shoulders/chest) and fade it into the metal statue. After all he is worthy of a statue and to show his morph into the future statue would be pretty cool. I salute your cousin and your thoughtful gift to him.

I am thinking more rubble is required, but otherwise, I wish this was going to be a commercial piece

An excellent piece of work Seb. No wonder you've been quiet, I can see a lot of hardwork has gone into this project. Your cousin will be pleased.

Fantastic piece! This one is definitely on the list to buy. A great tribute to those heroes who worked 24/7 for months and have sadly been forgotten about.
