I saw the superb bust of the ww11 leading stoker by Sergey Savenkov and couldn't help but be inspired to sculpt my own version of one of my childhood hero's "Popeye the Saliorman" as a caricature and just for a bit of fun!
So here it is, sculpted with magic sculpt & milliput it's about 1/9 in scale and at present undercoated in the traditional colours of the comic character, next it'll be the final painting in oils to finish him off and hopefully bring him to life, the blue of his jersey will be much darker once the oils are on him, hope you like him as much as I have enjoyed sculpting him, and before anyone says it..No there won't be an Olive Oil, Brutus or the little fat guy that was always munching hamburgers to follow.;)
    Cheers
