I’m about to launch my first kit since 1995.

I commissioned wildlife sculptor Miguel Borja Bersabe to make me a European Wild Boar.

I present a preview of the master. There will be a base and it can be purchased on it’s own or as part of one of two dioramas. A connector base will be supplied free of charge and if you purchase pieces separately or together.

I will initially offer it at limited edition, both as a kit or painted. Prices and release date to be announced.

Great piece. It's a pity it does't work wth 75mm figures.
There's definite possibilities to work with mounted figures in that scale.

Great looking piece. (y) Did anyone see the video of the boar that came out of the Baltic Sea and started chasing people on a beach in Germany? Nasty critters. I'll be honest I didn't know there were boar in Europe.

Yeah I saw that. They're quite common in Germany but I think it's a bit harsh to call them nasty critters!! Like most animals (and unless you're a nudist with a lap-top) they'll leave you alone if you leave them alone. And again like most animals, humans are a much bigger threat to them than they are to us.

I lived for many years in Germany, and one dark night when I was driving along a road on the edge of a forest near Stuttgart I had the misfortune to run over one. I almost veered off the road and it knocked my tracking well out of synch. I was lucky it didn't completely bugger up my suspension and undercarriage! Sadly nothing could be done for the boar, which from its size I think was a juvenile.

What about this for a diorama?

    Just kidding.

It will be something mounted and ancient.
